Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and budgets supporting multi-million dollar projects
- Lead month-end/quarter-end close processes ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost structures
- Present financial findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive summaries
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems and controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools
- Demonstrated expertise in variance analysis, forecasting, and budget management
- Strong presentation skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic narratives
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
