What You’ll Do:
• Lead financial planning and analysis initiatives to support executive decision-making.
• Build and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide detailed explanations for financial discrepancies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and internal performance data to provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop accurate revenue forecasts and expense budgets.
- Ensure all financial reporting complies with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the evaluation of capital projects and ROI analysis.
- Streamline financial processes and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Present financial findings and strategies to senior management and the board of directors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial software.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
