Responsibilities
- Process and submit clean insurance claims for 200+ daily patient encounters
- Resolve billing discrepancies and denials within 48-hour SLA
- Reconcile daily EOBs and AR reports with 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure charge capture completeness
- Train staff on billing protocols and CMS regulation updates
- Generate monthly revenue cycle analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in multi-specialty practice
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Expertise in Epic EMR and Medisoft billing platforms
- Advanced knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
- Proven track record of reducing AR days by 15%+
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Excellent communication skills for patient/provider interactions
