Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and KPIs to produce actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional projects evaluating investment opportunities and market expansion strategies
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with IT to implement and optimize financial analytics tools and systems
- Mentor junior analysts and improve department reporting methodologies
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software (e.g., Hyperion)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau)
