Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wages for tax levies, child support, and wage assignments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Generate year-end W-2s and 1099s with 100% accuracy
- Implement new hire onboarding processes for payroll documentation
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with HR on benefits deductions and time-off policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience in multi-state environments
- ADP certification or equivalent HRIS system proficiency
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, EEOC, and California labor regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven ability to handle sensitive payroll data with confidentiality
- Experience with garnishment processing and wage attachments
