Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Conduct in-depth financial research and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost management.
- Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement within the finance department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
