- Implement process improvements for billing efficiency
- Train new staff on billing systems and protocols
- Ensure HIPAA/GDPR compliance in all billing operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical/technical billing experience
- Proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce billing modules
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Expertise in revenue recognition (ASC 606)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/PivotTables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
