- Implement billing process improvements using Epic and Cerner EMR systems
- Train junior staff on billing compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience with commercial and government payers
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credentials required
- Expertise in HIPAA compliance and revenue cycle analytics
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and billing software (e.g., Athenahealth)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance preferred
