We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this pivotal role, you will drive our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives, providing actionable insights that support executive decision-making and business growth.

Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic business initiatives and capital budgeting.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgeted targets, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor financial health across business units.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and manage ongoing expense tracking and reporting.
- Present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar corporate finance role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and corporate budgeting processes.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
