Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and investment portfolios to identify growth opportunities
- Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and budget projections for strategic planning
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership and board members
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies for investment portfolios
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and reporting efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Lead special projects including M&A analysis and market expansion feasibility studies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present to executive audiences
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required for regional market analysis
