Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial data and present insights to senior management.
- Oversee the maintenance of financial models and ensure data integrity across the organization.
- Assist in special projects related to process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to non-financial audiences.
