Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making processes and strategic planning initiatives.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve reporting accuracy.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA certification is highly desirable.
