Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Collaborate with program managers to track project profitability and cost optimization
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives and contract renewals
- Present complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders through clear visualizations
- Ensure compliance with federal accounting standards and procurement regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in government contracting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Deep understanding of FAR, DFARS, and federal procurement processes
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
