Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI reports highlighting performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Conduct due diligence for potential M&A opportunities in the Mid-South region
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in healthcare or logistics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VBA) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven track record of improving financial processes and reporting efficiency
- Certification (CMA, CPA) highly desirable
