Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models to project future revenues, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends and competitive threats.
- Assist in the preparation of external financial audits and regulatory filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial reporting software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a plus.
