Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic business planning.
- Prepare and present complex financial reports, including variance analysis and budget versus actuals.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future performance and assess profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth drivers.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for executive presentations and board meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, modeling, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and SQL is required.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
