Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support long-term strategic planning.
- Perform variance analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and support the month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Conduct research and market analysis to provide context to financial data and support investment decisions.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
