Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning and forecasting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analysis reports for executive leadership.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, industry benchmarks, and internal performance metrics.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and manage ongoing capital expenditure forecasting.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to interpret financial data and recommend strategic adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable insights.
- Certification as a CPA, CFA, or CMA is a plus.
