Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support long-term strategic planning and budgeting cycles.
- Perform detailed variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budget/forecast, providing actionable insights to management.
- Prepare high-level monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and external investors.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial research and scenario analysis to assess the impact of potential business decisions.
- Streamline financial processes and implement best practices to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and sales, to drive revenue growth and cost containment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus.
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
