Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including variance analysis and performance reviews.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support capital budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Conduct in-depth financial research and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and cost-saving measures.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and track ongoing expenses against the approved budget.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Present financial findings and strategic recommendations to senior management in a clear, concise manner.
- Ensure accurate data entry and reconciliation of financial records in our ERP systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to non-financial stakeholders.
