Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Develop complex financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and budgeting processes.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgeted projections.
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations and executive summaries for key stakeholders.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses and ROI assessments for proposed capital expenditures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend financial improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Macros).
- Experience with financial modeling software and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to non-financial audiences.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
