Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgeting cycles.
- Perform comprehensive variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgets, providing actionable recommendations to management.
- Develop complex financial models and dashboards to support strategic initiatives, capital expenditure reviews, and profitability analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product) to gather requirements and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of external financial statements and regulatory filings in compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance the efficiency of the FP&A function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
