Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and evaluate project profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations based on data.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports and internal audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting software (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
