Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support organizational goals.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to predict future performance and assess the impact of various business scenarios.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather requirements and provide financial insights for operational decision-making.
- Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities in the market and present recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Index/Match, Macros) and SQL is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, cost accounting, and financial reporting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business intelligence.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
