Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial modeling and valuation analysis for M&A opportunities
- Develop comprehensive budget forecasts and variance reports for 15+ business units
- Create executive dashboards using Power BI/Tableau to visualize KPI trends
- Lead cross-functional audits of operational efficiency and cost optimization
- Present findings to C-suite executives with actionable strategic recommendations
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Expertise in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and valuation methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP/Oracle systems
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience in energy or financial services industries highly valued
- CFA designation or actively pursuing certification
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
