Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, monitor, and optimize departmental budgets and financial plans.
- Monitor cash flow, capital expenditures, and expense reports to ensure fiscal responsibility and operational efficiency.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial data to recommend cost-saving measures and revenue growth strategies.
- Utilize advanced Excel modeling and data visualization tools to present findings clearly and effectively.
- Assist in the preparation of audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling is essential.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or SQL is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw logical conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data to non-financial audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
