Responsibilities
- Execute daily financial transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with absolute accuracy.
- Deliver world-class customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving account issues, and building lasting relationships.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to enhance customer portfolios and meet branch goals.
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations, audit requirements, and internal security protocols.
- Assist in the opening of new accounts and the onboarding of digital banking services for clients.
- Perform daily cash balancing and reconciliations to ensure drawer integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or banking environment.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to perform complex calculations quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and credit verification.
