Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Analyze monthly financial performance and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional projects in process optimization and cost reduction strategies
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance financial reporting systems and data analytics capabilities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements in all financial documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience a plus)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and KPI development
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- CPA designation or actively pursuing certification
