Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership
- Develop and maintain complex financial models using Excel and SQL
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Collaborate with department heads to create operational budgets and forecasts
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Lead special projects including M&A analysis and capital allocation studies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex functions)
- Experience with financial planning software (SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in healthcare or manufacturing industry preferred
