Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Assist with account openings, loan applications, and basic financial inquiries
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and transaction records
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining branch security protocols

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
