- Analyze commercial credit applications and financial statements to determine risk profiles
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessments for loan committee review
- Monitor existing portfolios for compliance and early risk detection

- Stay current with FICO scoring models and banking regulations
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline credit approval workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years commercial credit analysis experience in banking/lending
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and credit underwriting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance (FIRREA, BSA)
- Proven ability to interpret complex financial statements
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Credit Risk Manager (CRM) certification or equivalent
