Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic planning
- Prepare executive-ready dashboards and presentations translating complex financial data into actionable insights
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize budget allocation and resource utilization
- Lead month-end closing processes ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and financial modeling
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for presenting financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
