Responsibilities
- Prepare complex monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models to support strategic business initiatives.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting activities.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or financial software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
