Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software
- Expertise in SQL, Python, or Tableau for data analysis
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Bloomberg Terminal and market data platforms
