Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future financial performance and assess the impact of potential business decisions.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership, highlighting key trends and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and economic data to provide competitive intelligence.
- Assist in the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or budgeting within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and advanced knowledge of SQL or Tableau is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
