Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and variance analyses to guide strategic business decisions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with executive-level insights
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across 5+ business units
- Conduct ad-hoc financial investigations to support M&A activities
- Present findings to C-suite executives using advanced visualization tools
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting + 5+ years progressive experience
- CFA/CPA designation or actively pursuing preferred
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Advanced SQL and Power BI/Tableau skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Demonstrated success in cross-departmental financial leadership
- Ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives
