Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics against KPIs and deliver monthly variance reports to executive leadership
- Develop cash flow projections and scenario analyses supporting $50M+ investment decisions
- Lead budgeting cycles across 5 business units with 15% YoY growth targets
- Create financial models for M&A opportunities and market expansion initiatives
- Automate financial reporting workflows using Power BI and Excel VBA
- Collaborate with Treasury on working capital optimization strategies
- Present financial findings to cross-functional stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 4+ years progressive financial analysis experience in energy or manufacturing
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Solver)
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial modeling tools
- Strong SQL and Power BI skills for data extraction and visualization
- Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-finance leaders
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CFA designation
