Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance trends and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Prepare detailed variance reports highlighting key performance drivers and risks
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Lead cross-functional projects for process improvement and automation initiatives
- Present findings to stakeholders through executive dashboards and presentation decks
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment banking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP Oracle)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Experience with M&A financial modeling and due diligence processes
