What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and forecasting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, variance analysis, and executive presentations.
- Develop and maintain accurate budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances against targets.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess project profitability and capital requirements.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategic improvements to optimize financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, GAAP, and external regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Financial Modeling).
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Hyperion).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Professional certification (CPA, CFA, CFE) is a plus.
