As a key member of our FP&A division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives on quarterly forecasting, variance analysis, and M&A valuation. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Lead month-end close processes with variance analysis and commentary
- Create executive dashboards and KPI reports for senior leadership
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Optimize working capital management and cash flow projections
- Partner with Investment Banking on valuation models and due diligence
- Mentor junior analysts through our structured training program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or asset management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Deep understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to present complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- Active CFA Level II candidate or CPA designation required
