Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes for multiple departments.
- Identify trends, variances, and risks in financial data to recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Present complex financial data to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or financial modeling software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
