Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and develop actionable insights for C-suite executives
- Build and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Lead month-end closing processes with variance analysis and reconciliation
- Create executive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and advanced Excel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A due diligence and integration planning
- Optimize working capital strategies and cash flow management
- Mentor junior analysts and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting with 5+ years analytical experience
- CMA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Expert proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, macros, Power Query)
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Deep understanding of healthcare financial regulations and KPIs
- Exceptional problem-solving with data-driven decision-making
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills for executive presentations
