Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership
- Develop complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation projects
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and cost reduction
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI reports using advanced Excel and visualization tools
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental reporting frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data
