Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for executive leadership
- Develop complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost structures
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects including market trends, ROI assessments, and variance analysis
- Maintain and enhance financial databases while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with SOX
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narrative reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in tech or high-growth industries
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables) and financial modeling tools
- Expertise in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction and analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience communicating to C-level executives
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
