Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop complex financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Collaborate with department heads on budgeting and resource allocation
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects for executive leadership
- Maintain and improve financial reporting systems
- Present findings to senior management with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) systems
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
