Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record in budgeting and forecasting
- Certification (CPA/CMA) highly desirable
