Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and analysis to support strategic business decisions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including pricing analysis and ROI assessments
- Maintain and optimize financial forecasting models for accurate projections
- Present complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders through clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proven track record of translating financial data into actionable business insights
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
