Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and KPIs for $500M+ portfolio
- Develop monthly/quarterly forecasting models with 95%+ accuracy
- Create executive dashboards using Power BI and Excel
- Lead cross-departmental budgeting initiatives
- Conduct variance analysis and process optimization
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel modeling skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Power BI/Tableau proficiency
- SAP or Oracle ERP experience
- Detroit metro area residency required
