Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and expense management
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Prepare management reports and KPI dashboards for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle a plus)
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax codes, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
