Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for federal contract proposals and budget forecasts
- Analyze variance reports and performance metrics to recommend operational improvements
- Prepare executive-level presentations for senior leadership and government stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams in quarterly financial planning and analysis cycles
- Ensure compliance with federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Identify cost optimization opportunities across $500M+ portfolio
- Maintain financial databases and automate reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience with government contracting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Deep understanding of federal procurement regulations and OMB guidelines
- Proven track record of delivering high-stakes financial presentations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory compliance
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools
